    We can call your agent while you wait and Kato Glass can handle the paperwork.
  2. Will an auto glass claim raise my insurance premium?
    In most cases it will not. But please check with your insurance agent to make sure.
  3. OK, I have coverage, when can you do it?
    Very often the work can be done the same day. Of course this depends on the availability of the glass. (We have an extensive inventory of glass and windshields for replacement and repair)
  4. Do I have to come to you?
    No. There are many ways that we can provide you with service…

    1. You can have our free mobile service come to you, wherever you are.
    2. You can make an appointment at any of our shops and come to us.
    3. We can provide free pickup and delivery of your car.
  5. Do you have a warranty?
    Yes. We will provide you with a written warranty valid for all repair and replacement work that we perform.
  6. How do I know my auto glass, is going to be installed correctly?
    Our installers, Mike Langer and Gary Zimmerli, have over 30 years experience each and have installed literally thousands of windshields.  We feel we have the most experienced, competent auto glass installation team in the area!

    Absolutely!  Larry and Ellen Wild have owned Kato Glass since 1995.  While most insurance approved, mobile auto glass shops are affiliated with a franchise operation, Kato Glass stands alone as a truly, locally owned shop!
  9. What about the office staff?
    Kato Glass has a wealth of experience in that department as well!  Our office manager, Linda Wilson, has been with Kato Glass for 20 years, while customer service representative Jessica Schmidt has 10 years experience.
